Public Referral Portal
Collect referrals without requiring user accounts or recruiter involvement. Referral providers simply enter their contact details, the candidate's information, a recommendation, and select the appropriate vacancy or talent pool. Built-in CAPTCHA protection helps prevent automated spam, while duplicate referrals are automatically rejected if the candidate already exists within the organization.
Referral Workflow
Successful referrals become structured candidates instead of emails lost in recruiters' inboxes. Newly referred candidates are automatically placed in the dedicated Pending Referrals workflow step, where they await completion of the application process. If enabled, the candidate receives an invitation email containing the application link. Once the application is completed, the candidate automatically moves into the standard recruitment workflow while preserving the referral as the primary candidate origin and the referral motivation as the first recruiter comment.
